Robot palletisers are so user-friendly that they can simultaneously deal with several lines. The robot recognises various layers on the pallet, and the programme allows various steps to be introduced where, for example, the gripper can be used to place plates or dividing layers on the pallet in order to improve stability. The robot is also able to first prepare an empty pallet. The robots can operate on a stand-alone basis or in combination with transport conveyors and packaging machines.
