Start process
Tallpack Belgium will remain fully responsible for the project until it has been completed and is being operated to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
One or more service specialists will always be available to ensure technical transfer goes smoothly when a project is being implemented. These Tallpack Belgium specialists support operators and maintenance personnel when operating the new system.
During this period, they also provide practical training to all stakeholders at the work location. This period can be extended by six months or a year. During this period, Tallpack Belgium will train employees as specialised operators and maintenance personnel. In addition, work will be carried out together with the customer, to optimise how the whole system operates.
The various aspects addressed and fine-tuned during this process are: preventive and corrective maintenance, use, quality control, etc. Tallpack Belgium will collaborate with customers to realise the highest level of production.
Process optimisation
Once a project or system has been handed over, analyses will be continuously carried out so improvements can be made. Developments in technological solutions, training of (new) personnel and implementation of updated software help to improve availability (Mean Time To Repair: MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), operator time, waste reduction and engagement. Tallpack Belgium specialises in optimising its own systems.
Tallpack Belgium is renowned for offering packaging systems with a high level of availability. Standstill is rarely encountered. Tallpack Belgium doesn’t achieve this alone; we also work closely with our customers. Operators, maintenance engineers and other stakeholders are challenged to participate in this continuous optimisation process.
