Wrapping robots

The Tallwrapper wrapping robot is a mobile wrapper for pallets of all shapes and sizes. Especially for large pallet or package dimensions that cannot be suitably processed with a turntable or arm-based wrapper The robot automatically follows the contours of the pallet thanks to a guide wheel. The robot wrappers of Tallpack Belgium can be fitted with a “Powered” pre-stretch-unit.

Fitting the Tallwrapper robot with pre-stretch-unit makes it possible to stretch the film by up to 300% (1 metre becomes over 4 metres) with minimum neckdown (a response where the film becomes narrower when pulled). This makes it possible to reduce packaging costs by up to 40%.
