Turntable wrapper TallSmartWrap
The TallSmartWrap is a reliable stand-alone turntable wrapper. An integrated film cutting group makes this a complete machine, and means the wrapper can function automatically. There is also an option to operate the machine remotely, which helps to save time.
The film is automatically cut and sealed once the wrapping programme comes to an end. There is no need for fork-lift drivers to leave their trucks to fasten and cut the film; this is an ergonomic benefit and improves speed.
Several customer-specific menus can be configured. This helps to guarantee the best packaging for each specific type of pallet, at the lowest cost. Use of a Powered pre-stretch-unit makes it possible to stretch the film by up to 300% (1 metre becomes over 4 metres) with minimum neckdown (a response where the film becomes narrower when pulled). This makes it possible to reduce packaging costs by up to 40%.
